We rough-in conduit chases and venting points on request. A licensed electrician or plumber must make final connections to meet local code.

Extremely. Extra doors, transom windows, lofts, interior partitions, LP Smart Floor, insulation, Hardie® siding—if it’s code-compliant, we’ll quote it.

We can help you choose one siding color and one trim color from our approved JBY/Shedfather color selections, and you can add a third approved accent color with our third-color upgrade. Custom color matching and special paint schemes fall outside our standard offering, so customers with a specific non-approved color request can work directly with the painter on paint, labor, materials, and customization costs.

Yes. On-site builds run 10–15 % more due to crew time, but they avoid crane fees and yard damage.

Your written quote states its expiration date. Standard orders require a 50% deposit at purchase; any alternate deposit or price-hold arrangement must be approved in writing.

Project lead time is the period between a completed order and the scheduled installation date. On-site installation duration is the crew time at your property. Both vary with project scope, site conditions, weather, and the current production schedule, and we confirm both timelines before scheduling.

Yes—0 % for 12 months (subject to credit) or rent-to-own with no credit check.

Standard orders require a 50% deposit at purchase. The remaining 50% is due at scheduling, before delivery or installation is arranged. Approved long-term Synchrony and Mariner financing transactions require 25% down; any other exception must be approved in writing.

We use a Shed Mule (motorized dolly) that can slip through a 68″ gate without tearing up your yard. For tight spaces we build on-site.

Foundation work is priced separately based on site conditions and the approved foundation option in your quote. Concrete leveling blocks are not complimentary. For garages or heavy workshops, we may recommend a concrete slab.

We level up to 12″ total variance. Beyond that, we’ll quote a custom pier system.

Inside Houston city limits, yes—we pull and post permits. In other jurisdictions we provide engineered drawings; the homeowner files the permit.

Absolutely. We supply site plans, color samples, and photos. Our approval rate is 99.99 %.

10 years on workmanship, lifetime against termite damage on pressure-treated components, and 30 years manufacturer warranty on shingles/siding.

Re-paint every 5–7 years, clear roof debris twice a year, and keep vegetation 6″ away.

Orders are fully refundable when cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, any approved refund is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns and refunds are not available after delivery or installation.

If the customer is not present on delivery day and the shed must be returned, a $350 return/redelivery fee applies. We confirm access and scheduling requirements before delivery.

No. We do not currently move existing sheds.

Standard builds meet 140 mph wind uplift when anchored to a slab. Ask about our coastal upgrade kit for 160 mph.
