Yes. Floor joists and skids are ground-contact rated. Side-wall studs and rafters are premium kiln-dried SPF.
30-year architectural shingles (standard) or 29-gauge R-panel metal in 20+ colors. We can match your home’s roof if you’d like.
We rough-in conduit chases and venting points on request. A licensed electrician or plumber must make final connections to meet local code.
Customization
Extremely. Extra doors, transom windows, lofts, interior partitions, LP Smart Floor, insulation, Hardie® siding—if it’s code-compliant, we’ll quote it.
Absolutely. Provide the color code and we spray with Sherwin-Williams Emerald exterior paint.
Yes. On-site builds run 10–15 % more due to crew time, but they avoid crane fees and yard damage.
Ordering Process
Call, text, or start a build in our online Shed Configurator. You’ll receive a line-item estimate within one business day.
30 days. Lumber markets swing, so lock your price with a $500 deposit.
2–3 weeks in off-season, 4–6 weeks March–July. We schedule delivery the moment your floor system hits the production line.
Payment & Financing
ACH, credit/debit, Apple Pay, checks, or good old cash.
Yes—0 % for 12 months (subject to credit) or rent-to-own with no credit check.
50 % at order and the remaining 50 % on delivery. Financing plans vary; full details are in your quote.
Delivery & Installation
We use a Shed Mule (motorized dolly) that can slip through a 68″ gate without tearing up your yard. For tight spaces we build on-site.
We level each skid with concrete blocks at no extra cost. For garages or heavy workshops, we recommend a concrete slab (you provide).
We level up to 12″ total variance. Beyond that, we’ll quote a custom pier system.
Permits & HOA
Inside Houston city limits, yes—we pull and post permits. In other jurisdictions we provide engineered drawings; the homeowner files the permit.
Absolutely. We supply site plans, color samples, and photos. Our approval rate is 99.99 %.
Warranty & After-Care
10 years on workmanship, lifetime against termite damage on pressure-treated components, and 30 years manufacturer warranty on shingles/siding.
Re-paint every 5–7 years, clear roof debris twice a year, keep vegetation 6″ away. We offer annual check-ups for $99.
Case-by-case. Send photos and we’ll quote repairs.
Returns & Cancellations
Fully refundable within 3 business days of signing. After that, we keep material costs incurred.
Our pre-site check prevents surprises. If access is blocked, we can build on-site or reschedule for a $250 trip fee.
Miscellaneous
Yes, starting at $4 per loaded mile plus set‑up fees.
Standard builds meet 140 mph wind uplift when anchored to a slab. Ask about our coastal upgrade kit for 160 mph.
Veterans, first‑responders, and teachers receive 5 % off the base price year‑round. Seasonal promos appear on our offers page.
